We own or manage on behalf of third-party investors a portfolio of investments in land and homebuilding assets, single-family rental homes and multi-family development projects. Our business objective is to invest for investment income and capital appreciation through our Principal Investment business and to earn fee income through our Advisory business.

We invest in well-located multifamily assets in our core markets and manages with the philosophy that real estate is a commodity subject to cycles, both in terms of its underlying supply and demand fundamentals and its pricing relative to other financial assets.

These properties include renovation projects and grounds up developments. We focus on maximizing risk-adjusted returns by employing a fundamental value approach to investing. This involves targeting high-quality, well-located assets with intrinsic long-term value.

To maximize market value, our properties are upgraded to higher quality categories, where demand from tenants is generally stronger. As part of this phase, our buildings are individually branded to create a visible and attractive location for companies. New tenants are then actively recruited through targeted marketing and leasing processes.
